British Ambassador to Korea Charles Hay was awarded honorary citizenship of Seoul on Tuesday at the City Hall by Mayor Park Won-soon.

Hay helped return part of the British Embassy compound back to the Seoul Metropolitan Government, which allowed a pathway to complete a full circle around Deoksu Palace.
